 Ingredients:

 

 

  • 1kg KetoChefs Ultra Low Carb White Flour
  • 800ml warm water
  • 100ml olive oil

 Instructions:

 1.    Mix the Dough (10 mins):
Combine flour and olive oil in a large bowl. Slowly add warm water, mixing until a soft dough forms.

2.    Knead (20 mins):
Knead the dough on a clean surface until smooth and elastic.

3.    Shape:
Divide into portions (e.g. 675g each), shape into loaves or rolls.

4.    Prove:
Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise in a warm place (around 45–55°C) until nearly doubled in size.

5.    Bake:
Bake at 190–200°C until the bread reaches an internal temperature of 99°C, then continue baking for an extra 10 minutes or until golden brown.
