Perishable goods

Perishable goods are not covered by The Consumer Contracts Regulation cooling-off periods, as they might not reasonably last as long as the stipulated 14-day or 30-day thresholds.

 

Damaged Products

Due to the uninsured nature of food products in the United Kingdom by any courier, all orders are placed at the buyer's liability, Keto Chef Limited will not be held responsible for any delays, loss or damage during transit and will not be held liable for refunds or replacement items due to the handmade and made to order nature of our products.
