Once dispatched, shipping takes 24 hours for UK Mainland. deliveries may take longer for Highlands and Northern Ireland

Please note that it is important to respond to the couriers' messages or be available for delivery as your goods are perishable. As your parcel contains perishable produce, your parcel is not covered and we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the case that you fail to collect/sign for your package or rearrange delivery.

We take huge care and pride in packaging your products, they are packed and labelled according to food safety standards. However, once a parcel is dispatched, it is out of our control and we ask you to get in touch with the courier directly should you have any issues.
