Peking Flavour Duck Crackling is our genesis flavour. Imagine all the good bits you get with Chinese crispy duck, well we’ve transformed it into a convenient, nutritious and delicious on-the-go snack. Lighter than pork scratchings and 100% natural, these delightful morsels are gluten-free, low-carb (only 1.6g) and cooked in pure kettle rendered duck fat. Duck naturally has a higher (healthy) fat content which gives our Duck Crackling snacks a delicate melt in your mouth texture. Quite different to pork, yet still provide that satisfying crunch we all want from a snack.
